Cora Lee Brevard of Washington, DC passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2010 with grace and dignity after her battle with pancreatic cancer.
She is the beloved mother of Randolph Jr., Anthony, Carmen, Rudolph; daughter-in-law, Birgitt; and wife of Randolph Brevard, Sr. She is the loving grandmother of JoVaughn, Vincent, and Jonathan Brevard and great-grandmother of Kejawn Barnes and Jaishion Brevard. She is the daughter of Rosalie Brown of Charlottesville, VA.
She is preceded in death by her father Daniel H. Brown.
Also survived by her brother George D. Brown and her sisters, Joan E. Burton, Margaret J. Vaughn, Marian V. Blakey and Shirley D. Brown of Charlottesville, VA; aunts, Lucille Farrington of Brooklyn, NY, and Rosa Green of North Garden, VA; special loved one, Denise Brevard, Cassandra Payne and Myana Gray; and a host of other relatives and friends.
